A title. A company name. A steady paycheck. You worked hard, stayed the course, and that was supposed to equal security.

But that equation isn’t holding the same way anymore.

People are watching restructures happen in real time. They’re seeing leadership change overnight. They’re questioning whether loyalty is still reciprocated the way it used to be.

And even when everything looks “fine” on the outside, internally, something feels uncertain.

Six years ago, I started a business.

I thought the hardest part would be building it.

What I didn’t realize yet was that the business would end up rebuilding me.
