    Seema believes without laymen education on AI so many businesses are going to be disrupted. 

    So she is the host of The AI CEO Podcast, co-chair of DC Startup & Tech Week, launching an online l membership called "AI CEO School" , and the #1 business transformation conference for SMB called "AI BusinessCon"  in April 2026 in DC.

    Her keynote “Why AI Is Bigger Than the Internet” has inspired leaders worldwide, and she serves on the Future of Work Council for AI & Humanity with JFF Labs.

    Angela Czajkowski, Managing Director Hartman Executive Advisors

    Angela is a results-oriented leader with decades of experience in international logistics and supply chain operations and technology. Since joining the Hartman team in 2022, Angela’s clients have benefitted from her extensive industry knowledge and expertise in using technology to solve challenges ranging from operational inefficiencies to cyber threats. Leading a team of IT and cybersecurity experts, she works alongside supply chain, construction, and real estate executives to demystify IT concepts, align business and IT strategy, and create and execute technology roadmaps and data strategies to drive positive business outcomes.

    Prior to Hartman,

    Angela spent nearly 16 years in freight forwarding and Customs brokerage. As the Director of Supply Chain for the firm, Angela had leadership responsibility for global freight, network success, deploying innovation through supply chain technologies, and executing customer engagement strategies. She brings significant experience leading cross-functional teams and has supported publicly traded firms, mid-market companies, along with countless small firms and start-ups.

    Angela and her husband live in Baltimore with their two sons. Outside of work, she loves to travel, enjoys musical theatre and jazz, and is a sports enthusiast.

  • Juliana Buonanno, Founder & CEO TechSlice, LLC

    Juliana Buonanno is an entrepreneur in the software and MedTech space. She is the CEO & Co-Founder of TechSlice, LLC, a company that focuses on accelerating medical technology (“MedTech”) startups and helping regulated-health products go from idea to market.

    She competed in The Blox, a reality-show-style startup accelerator program, where she was selected out of thousands of applicants to join about 20 founders. She has said that experience reinforced the importance of storytelling, marketing, and prospect/customer engagement for a startup—not just building the product. Technical.ly

    She serves as a mentor or advisor; for example, she is listed among experts at the Maryland Innovation Center (MIC), providing guidance especially for regulated products going from idea to market.

    The Worthy Project is a movement and portrait experience that celebrates women who rarely take time for themselves. It invites them to pause, reflect, and write a letter of gratitude to the woman they see in the mirror… themselves.

    Each participant’s story and portrait are woven into a powerful coffee table book, showcasing resilience, beauty, and worth. At its heart, the project is about reminding women that they are worthy of love, of success, of joy, and of honoring their own journeys.
